about

This song was inspired lyrically by a poem by Mirabai, ancient Sufi poet, of the same name. Musically inspired by more modern indie bands like TOPS, one of my faves from the past 5 or so years. A more vulnerable song, again could be seen as spiritual or romantic. Co-producer Andy and Sean O’Hagan helped bring this one to life heavily! Was a small idea I had when I brought it to the studio and it was formed mainly in the studio
